Shipping policy

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly.

Standard Shipping is FREE on all EU purchases of € 49,99 and over (excluding all discounts and taxes). For orders under € 49,99 we will indicate the shipping costs at checkout.

After processing, you should expect your order to be delivered in approximately 3-5 business days.

Orders made before 12:00 PM UTC from Monday till Friday (except official holidays in Czechia) are handled the same day. Orders received after Friday 12:00 PM UTC are shipped on the next Monday (if not an official holiday in Czechia).
